Saturday
we set off early in the morning...
At Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal,
There are 8 of us, a total of 4 couples who went for the trip.
Kelvin's buddies + their gfs, hehe... but it was a pity Ice + Cindy couldn't join us last minute :(
Nevertheless, it was overall a relaxing trip, i would say.

the weather was rather disappointing, cos it started raining when we reached Batam island.
we were still planning to indulge in some sea sports cos we'll be stuck in that resort for 2 days.
There's absolutely NO SHOPPING to do around the vicinity... cos the nearest Batam Mall is like 45-min journey from the resort...
unless u consider their Gift Shop a good place to do ur shopping?

in the end, it's mushrooms plus oyster sauce-dripped sticky rice wrapped in a leaf -_-

YUK.
and we didnt dare to try, haha...
we were very happy cos the sky cleared up right after lunch :)

miss batam so orbit one, we then dun wan!
we headed down to the beach and played beach volleyball.. hehe...
after three rounds of volleyball matches, we decided to go on a BANANA BOAT ride!!
teeheehee...
each boat (that doesnt look like a banana at all -_-) could only accomodate 5 peeps.. and there's only ONE banana -_-
so we had to take turns, keke...
i'm actually VERY SCARED lor... -_-

cos kel was telling me the banana is sure to capsize when the speedboat makes a turning...

i reckon i would DROP GRACEFULLY into the sea if my legs were at the same side of the banana... the last thing i wanted to happen is that my leg get itself entangled somewhere under the banana... and i drown.
before i knew it, the speedboat tugging us made that 'fatal' U-turn and we were FLUNG OFF the banana!

dunno how many mouthfuls of seawater i gulped down...cos i was screaming and screaming like a mad cow -_-
i could only see water, water and more water...i thot i was going to die in the sea -_-.....
and when i opened my eyes, my head was already above the water -_-

the next feat was climbing up the banana again

i was struggling like mad and kel had to pull me up..
what a commotion!
cos i was not only summoning all my strength to get up that damn banana, i was also laughing and screaming at him, "HOEI! DON'T ANYHOW PULL AT MY BUTTOCK LEH!!!!"
