i've actually wanted to get it since early this month, just that i thought i would wait for my commission to come in before i make a purchase.

A small sling bag from Mango.

I've always wanted to get a sling bag, cos most of my bags are huge and can hold alot of stuff.
This is perfect. It looks big in the photo but it's actually very small, haha. It's around A5 size.

It's made of goat skin and feels very soft :)
And because it's genuine leather, it is rather costly.

But it makes me happy. A small treat for myself for working reasonably hard for the last quarter :)

By the way, my parents decided that we are not going Hokkaido anymore :( This is due to the recent news report on the radiation levels in that part of Japan.
So sad... Instead, we're heading to Harbin aka. Ice City, China.
I don't think it would be any warmer than Hokkaido, as Harbin is known for its bitterly cold winters.
One thing for sure, i'm gonna miss boyfriend :( 9 days without his presence, i can die haha..
& i hope i don't freeze to death there.

Today, i received an early Christmas present from my tuition kid's mom :))

When we were having our 'break' from the books, my tuition kid and i slowly opened the package to reveal what was inside. My tuition kid didn't know what her mother gave me, and she was damn good.. the kid saw the pink velour, she gasped and exclaimed, "JUICY!!!"
can't believe a p5 kid knows more about branded stuff than me -_-

Omg Omg..... It was in the prettiest pink and i love everything about the bag!! The furry material, the bag charm, the diamantes etc....

Even the inside looks damn posh! wahahaa


i was sooooo touched, seriously... and the mother thanked me in an sms after that for my patience in coaching her kid.

and all along i've been trying to find excuses to stop teaching her girl... lol cos really buay tahan the fatigue, having to work 7 days a week..

anyways, i managed to dig out old photos taken back in year 2006 of my CHIONG Juicy couture bag i got from bugis street, wahaha

See?? i love Juicy stuff many years back already, lol
Though pirated, it was one of my favourite bags of all! i was sooooo sad when one of the straps broke and i had to throw it away :(

An impromptu dinner date with Esther babe one day after work!
So happy to see her, but the poor girl had to wait for me to finish my last minute meeting, which took almost 3 hours!

She's a happy girl, always so cheerful! haha

We went Bliss restaurant at AngMo Kio Ave 3... if i'm not wrong, it's at Teck Ghee CC
We used to go to the one at Punggol Park. Food's really good and we had such a filling dinner! SUPER SUPER FULL
We added 6.50 to our main course for an additional plate of salad, soup and drink :)

This movie will be officially screened in cinemas from 17.11.11 and boyfriend has been anticipating it for the longest time.

He is a big fan of the movie, 300, by the way..
So when OMY sent an invitation for the movie preview, i knew i had to RSVP! :)

We were soooo lucky to be selected! Thank you OMY! :D

And a greater surprise...... the tickets were for 3D, muahaha!!

Super happy :D hehe


The Story :It starts with the Greek King Hyperion, who aspires to rule over the world by declaring war on mankind.
He searches for the Epirus Bow, a powerful weapon which he intends to use to release the Titans from Mount Tartarus and destroy the gods.
According to ancient law, gods cannot take a side between Hyperion and humanity in the war.

Theseus was a peasant chosen by the Greek king of the gods, Zeus, to protect his people. Together with an oracle priestess, Phaedra, Theseus had the support of the gods in his quest to kill King Hyperion.


My verdict:
To be honest, i'm not exactly a huge fan of hard-core action movies. Moreover, there are too many fighting scenes and much more blood that i expected.
I swear i overheard the girl sitting beside me vomiting? lol.. Too much gore, yeah?

Anyway, i would totally welcome more 'romantic scenes' between Phaedra and Theseus, teehehe..


Storyline is okay, the visual effects are more impressive i would say.
i especially love the majestic awe of the greek gods..... until most of them got defeated by the Titans, i kept bugging boyfriend to explain why gods can still die!!? *state of disbelief*

i actually wanted to sleep in longer but damn, woke up at 7am (cos usually i wake at 6am for work nowadays) eyes wide open.
I decided to blog, hehe.. i think i really lost touch liao. Now soooooo busy until no time to be infront of my computer. I surf the net on the go using my blackberry.
sigh. And pple can't understand why i do not have any free time. Really is very busy what...... haha

Mondays to Fridays work until 7pm,
Saturdays also work until 7pm,
Sunday morning church (now i usually skip, sigh), afternoon tuition. Evening time for boyfriend.
WHERE GOT TIME TO REST?!!?!??! or meet up??!?!!
except weekday nights, haha

sad right, aha..
i can't wait for my block leave this coming DECEMBER!!!! 18 DAYS!!!!!!! MUAHAHAHHAHA!!!!!
time to chiong all the way from now till then! and await my fat paycheck in Dec (if any), teehehe~

i've some backdated photos from our homely gathering at Xin's place last Monday (Hari Raya Haji holiday)
Yue, Xin and myself decided that we should meet up for a very, very belated birthday gathering for ourselves, wahahha... (mine was in August, Xin's and Yue's in October)
Cos we were simply tooooo busy to meet up or get one another birthday pressies, lol
We made sure we met in the morning in order to have more time together. Reached Xin's place at 11am and she was just back from marketing with her hubby and son, hehe
Xin's hubby busied himself with the preparation of our food in the kitchen while the girls (women) played in the living room with Mattias.
