and i have one project due after CNY, wail....
anyway, i have 2 clothes to let go at the moment.

2) Navy blue with white polka dots dress. Functional zip. Elasticised at waist. Think some of you have read the quite recent post when i bought it, heee.. The dress is very cute la, but i really have tooooo many dresses and my mom is nagging. She's threatening not to iron my clothes anymore if i still dont make space in my wardrobe.. Anyway, this navy dress fits XS to S perfectly. I've worn it a few times. Bought at 28 bucks. Selling 10 dollars niah!!! (including normal postage) hehe =)

okay. will look thru my wardrobe again for more items to sell soon!

heard some sad news last night and it let me think alot. In school, my classmate told me one of his friends lost his gf because she jumped down from a flat. She was so young, only 21! Maybe if you have read the papers yesterday, you would have known..
it's really tragic. Seriously, sometimes i wont be able to imagine if i were to lose someone i love so much like this.
Life is so fragile. I mean, if i look from this perspective that life on earth is only temporal, wouldnt i want to give all those i love to experience only love and happiness? Why even think of hurting, insulting or criticising them? Because you might not know, they may just leave this world like that.
Even strangers or those who have hurt us before. We are all humans, sinful yet as vulnerable. Somehow, if we see it from God's perspective, that every single person is whom He loves greatly, we will not treat them like how we would before.
sigh.

so it's important to cherish all around us. especially our loved ones.

ok. enough of the emo shit... i've already spent the whole night thinking.

on a happier note, i am so proud of myself for finding a shorter route to go to school! wahahaha...
Usually, i would take an hour and a half to travel from serangoon to SIM. Sometimes if the traffic along Bukit Timah road is bad, it could take up to 2 hours! Horrible!
when i end work at 630pm, i can reach school at 830! :( Late for 1 and a half hours!
totally hate it.

Then, there's this new bus service 52 to go from Bishan to SIM.. would take prolly an hour. But i love it because it does not travel along my 'most-hated' bukit timah road, so i would not get stuck in the stupid jam. It's not that once a while when i'm in luck, i dont get stuck in a jam. It's like every single evening that place jams like mad!
The only downside is that bus 52 spends half an hour circulating around Bishan area before heading to the expressway.

There was once i spotted one mrt station around 300m away from the busstop before the expressway. It was quite far so i couldnt see what station it was, but i was betting it to be Marymount station. cos if it is, i can just take the circle line to marymount and transfer to 52 without having to waste half an hour going around bishan.

I went home, googled and did my research, but this marymount station doesnt seem to have any busstops around its proximity with Bus service 52. But i still went ahead to explore and got off marymount station one evening. I WAS SO DAMN HAPPIE cos it really was the station, wahahahaa! i just love the circle line so much!
Moral of the story: dont trust IRIS (Intelligent Route Information System)

Last friday, my classmates and i headed to Butter factory again for a pre-CNY party, haaa.. yes, it's abit too early, but no choice, cos the project deadlines are coming right after CNY!
So we took the time to gather first before we get real busy then.

Butter is quite a nice place, comparable to my all time fave zouk! Just that Butter's queueing system sucks big time. cos you can queue up to an hour and might not even get in! Definitely a mood-spoiler!

but it's definitely a pretty place as the club overlooks marina bay =)

The toilets are forever full-house!! even the gents! They can queue all the way out of the toilets like the ladies! So when Raymond and his gf went to the toilets together (for a LONG LONG TIME), eric, william and i started to flood raymond's handphone with similar text messages, haha

damn funny. kept asking them to have baby.

Quite a fun nite, despite having to sleep for only 4 hours before waking up at 8am for work the next morning! HATE IT TOTALLY!!
next time cannot like tat already.

I bet most of us are shopping around in the malls or online for new clothes to wear on CNY.
and many are trying to search for the perfect RED dress/shirt.. HUAT AR!

received an email from Darric last month which was quite interesting.

yesterday i had 2 hours in between work to spare, so i went to trim my hair and did a coloring, hehe =) cos i reckon i wont have time to do so before CNY

i used up my last coloring session on my package. No, i'm not going to sign any more packages with them again. Not that they're no good, but i love trying out new places and new stylists as and when, and do not like to be 'bonded' to one particular salon if possible.
But i usually stick to JeanYip la.
Jayen and i always go back to Christine at JeanYip Bishan for our haircuts, once in a while.

not much difference in the length,but she trimmed my fringe and fried ends away. Did a dye in Ash (my favourite color). Not as black as what you see in my photo, haa
It's supposed to be of a dark greyish and greenish tone.. Most of my stylists recommend this colour for me instead of brown.

seriously, i love having a wash at the salon cos my hair wont feel sticky after a long day and even when i wake up in the morning! I wonder how they do it.... or is it me, who don't even know how to wash my own hair properly at home? Do you all have the same experience?
cos when i wash (and sometimes blow) my hair the morning, by night time, it will be quite flat liao. Not as fluffy and dry like when it is washed at the salons. Hmmmm

Anyway, i walked past CottonOnBody and they were having a sale! For quite sometime already. i love their sales cos lingerie can be bought as low as 5 bucks per piece! hehe
i bought the cherry ruffles boyshorts!

a pity that they dont sell those ruffles bralets anymore! cos they're so sexy and cute! :(
The strawberry and the polka dotted ones are bought long ago. I kept going back to the stores but they dont have them anymore. i regretted not buying more the other time :(

In the morning, a parent called to postpone a kid's tuition today so i was free to watch yet another new episode of taiwanese drama, 海派甜心!!

anyway, i have some time to blog before my next tuition session :) and before i get real busy again for the new week. 3 nights of school and 2 nights of work caused me unable to have dinner with my folks or bf :( sometimes i don't even have time for a proper meal myself.. i know i have to take care of my health. yes i will eat something. But i'm telling myself i wanna earn and save as much as possible this year =) =) and i will do it!!

yes, one of my new year resolution is to curb that spending on clothes :) Yes i can!

bf is back camp for his second week of reservist. Gonna miss him again. But we've spent as much time as possible during the weekend to make up for lost time =)
We went East coast park for cycling again yesterday, hehe..

though we came here not too long ago, still missed it as much! We used to come east coast park at least once a week when we were riding. sometimes twice.

i wish they will build an 'east coast park' mrt station soon!

bought 1 2nd-hand book, visited Buangkok, love that place, 1 new hairstyle, 1 new shirt, KTV session, 2 movies, 1 popcorn and a lazy afternoon of love.

i love this super super much! Have been seeing it at the petrol kiosks (7-11) ever since our riding days. It's super cute and i just cant take my eyes off it!

After we stopped riding, we've stopped going to petrol kiosks too.. till last weekend after our date at zouk one night, we stopped over at the Shell near zouk. he knows i was smiling silly at this chip in the kiosk though i was half drunk.
so last weekday, he decided to go back to the same Shell to get that plush for me as a surprise! heh

went over his place after work yesterday to 'collect' it =)
i was so happy and was damn high cos the fur is sooooo soft! wahahhahahhaa.....

The new school term starts again.

work starts. school starts... at full throttle.
i've been going to school for the past 4 nights, but i'm enjoying it though it is very tiring. I think i've got this weird fetish of sitting through a lecture.
i never liked tutorials or project work, but i love sitting alone and listening to a lecture. my bf believes i'm autistic -_- and he's bent sure about it.

Haven you heard of the Law of Attraction?
the other day, Jayen was telling me the amazing 'effects' of this theory. It's rather complex for my humble brain to comprehend, but i think it's somewhat like... there's this 'state' that u want very much to be in, then you somehow 'attract' the 'energies(?)' to you when you're convinced you've already reached that state.
hmmmmmm....and then, Voilà! you are really transformed into that overtime!!

maybe thats what they call "心理作用"? To a certain extent, it works. The last time i shared to kaya about this law of attraction thingy, she told me a true story about this girl who wished she was pregnant.. like she's obsessed with the thought that she will bear a kid, and her tummy really grew bigger!! She became a preggie! (except that there was no foetus la..)
I think somehow that thinking perhaps activated some changes in her body to react in a way according to that thought in her mind.
Amazing, isn't it?
so if i can keep telling myself that my boobs are going to grow one cup, they would! Eventually!
By the law of attraction! Muahahahhaaaa.......


anyway, i continued to tell her that we girls should NEVER, EVER complain to our boyfriends about our flaws..like "there's this pimple near my nose" or "there's a bulge on my tummy that never seem to go away" i mean, cos they aren't gonnna notice it anyway. So if you keep on emphasizing it over and over again in their face, they will eventually think it's really true (even if it's not!)
It is like brainwashing them to notice that flaw. So even if the pimple has healed or u've shed some weight, they will still continue to think "my gf is fat. she's got that bulge in her tummy" Just becos' WE BRAINWASHED THEM into thinking so!
Somehow, i think i know why girls like to complain to their bfs abt their flaws so much...
cos if u say the same thing to your girl friends,
"hey, i think i am fat"
ur lovely girl friend will reply, "no lar, where got fat... please!"
then u are assured :)

and when u tell the same thing to ur boyfriend, hoping he would do the same to reassure u that u are not, it somehow backfires cos...
"hey, i think i am fat"
he thinks, "she's telling me she's fat. OK, she is then."
straight forward and not complicated at all. (even if he doesnt think so initially, he will, eventually, believe what you are telling him!)
All guys are so used to being brainwashed already, so it's nothing very difficult for them, haha.

so, start telling ur guys how beautiful, slim, busty you are.
cos they might just be convinced someday! =)

on new year's day, i was at home rotting when an sms came. kaya asked if i wanna join her and her little friends at Butter factory that night. I totally jumped at the chance! haha.. and after that, i jio the rest of my friends to join us =)

but we had helluva' great time! :)

it was most of our first time at Butter.. and we didnt even know we had to take the lift up.. damn sua ku, but heck.. just act 'zai' and anyhow explore!
