as usual, no need to think, our dear rachel is undeniably one of them, haiz..
she has been borrowing money from her seniors again.. and many of them have complained to me that she doesnt return them the money.. and so i paid them back -_-
talked to her so many times about managing her money wisely.
it's not as if she doesnt get any pocket money. On the contrary, she is given 2 to 5 bucks everyday!!!!
(i remember i only get like 60¢ during my primary school days lor -_-'')
and she can come to me during recess, telling me she doesnt have money for food -_-
when she cant find me, she goes to the bigger children in the school.. Many, seeing her deceivingly cute face and hearing her pitiful plight, they lent her their money to buy some food.

i needed to get to the root of the problem..so i finally got to talk to (interrogate) her yesterday..
me: why do u keep borrowing money from your friends?
she: i never borrow.. is they give me one..
me: yah rite.. would people give u money freely if u didnt ask? how come i dont see people giving me their money?!
she: i no money to eat
me: your mommy didnt give u pocket money?
she: only got 2 dollars
me: TWO DOLLARS NOT ENOUGH!?!?!?!
she: but until recess i no more liao..
me: what did you buy?!
she: morning, i buy the yakult, milo and green tea already...
me: buy so many drinks for what!?!?
she: i thirsty..
me: and u spent all ur money on drinks?
she: i thirsty..
me: DRINK FROM THE WATER COOLER NEXT TIME!!
anyway, i had to tell my class children not to lend her any money and also to the canteen vendors so that they make sure she spends her cash wisely..
if the need arises, may have to help her plan out how to manage her money..
cant believe im doing what her parents ought to be teaching her, keke
anyway, doesnt matter la.. as long as she's under my care, i would do what i deem necessary.
today she was so stubborn in class again..
simply refused to do any class work and when i went into the class after their art lesson with another teacher, i found her rolling on the floor again -_-
so i casually told my class monitor, "ohh..rachel doesnt wan to behave again, go down and call Mr Ong (OM) up then.."
in no time, the class saw her 'shoot up' almost immediately, rushed to her chair and sat down
