for the second time today, cos i'm in such a mood to rant.

it's already 11pm and jayen's still not off work yet :( yes i miss him.
nowadays i pack my evenings and weekends with work too, so we can jia you together!
I ended work at 9pm just now and missed the ONLY bus at the bus-stop. cos the kid's house is so secluded in some private estate and there's only one bus serving it. i've learnt my lesson never to run after the bus, cos there was once i ran after it and i nearly died of a heart attack. No, not that incident i blogged about running across the circle line MRT station. (u see, i have so many incidents running after buses -_-) It was one where some random dog barked at me when i ran past a bungalow while trying to catch the bus. i tell u, my heart nearly dropped out.
FYI, the road was one-way so it was rather narrow. Therefore, it's either u walk ON the road, or walk on the NARROW pavement next to the road along the private houses. i chose the latter. And the dogs there are HUGE and they can bark damn loud!
there was this particular house that was like quite high.. as in, it was built on higher ground, so the ground of the house is at ur waist... ???
erm.
okay, i know i'm real bad with words.
but i definitely can illustrate it out, ahha

so when that stupid dog suddenly sprang upon me, barking right NEXT INTO MY FACE, i nearly fell off the pavement.
It was a totally rude shock and the dog was SUPER HUGE. like those ferocious hound dogs! and its menacing growl's like it's gonna eat u up.
so i made a mental note of which houses own these crazy dogs so that i would be extra careful not to run across and startle them or walk by too closely.
There was once when it was already night time when i left my kid's place for home and it was very dark along those rows of houses. The thick, high bushes by the houses didn't help as it made it harder to see which beasts (dogs) are hiding behind.
and when i walked past this house which i've earlier taken note, i was already mentally prepared for a loud bark.. and sure enough, i heard some rustling behind the bushes.
no bark.
and the rustling became louder and suddenly it felt like something is making its way through the bushes towards me! i couldnt see anything because it was so dark.
i definitely didnt want any hound to pounce onto me, somemore this one is not in the house behind some fence or something!
it was approaching me and i was just inches behind the bushes. I HAD NO TIME TO LOSE SO I RAN FOR MY LIFE!
and..
when i turned back,
i saw one maid with a garbage bag in her hands -_-
she was putting out the trash
ok.
i was thinking too much.
so now, i walk ON the road. To save faint-hearted me from unnecessary shocks.
anyway,
i took 2 photos each of the dresses i purchased yesterday.
too many weddings liao, and too many of my clothes are casual.
I went for my second Diamond Peel treatment yesterday. I think only this diamond thingy can smoothen out the uneven skin texture. i thought facial scrubs can do the job easily but i found out scars marks can never be removed with scrubs :( maybe after 3 years can lar.. but there's this sickening pitted scar mark on my cheek that has been around for a year. And I thought by 'polishing' the top skin surface using facial scrubs, it would be able to smoothen out (like rubbing sand-paper over a rough surface) but i was so wrong. it never worked :(
But the first diamond peel treatment left me really happy as i could see around 20% of the scar texture smoothened out :D
i then heard the diamond peeling can remove SIX layers of the skin epidermis! wahahaha
hopefully after a few more sessions, the marks can be gone :(
wont recommend where i went for the treatment, cos i really detest the hard-selling of the beauty consultant :(
i only wanted the treatments. cannot stand her leh, seriously!
the last time i told her i have to go home and think cos i dont have so much ready cash on hand, she still ask how much i want to put as deposit. i repeated i do not want to pay by installments and DO NOT HAVE THE CASH THAT DAY so will come back again to pay when i have the money, and she (totally no expression) repeated the same thing, "then how much you want to put as deposit"
she repeated it more than 5 times.
is she a robot or something?!?
oh yar, back to the dresses.
i went to get them right after my facial. Red faced and all, i dont care. i look totally like shit. no, worse than shit after my facial. cos my ultra sensitive skin takes 1 night to heal from facial extractions.
but i've got no time to get the dresses before the dinner tomorrow, so i had to go around shopping looking really horrid. didnt care.
anyway, the shops were just below my salon.very convenient. buy liao chop chop go home.
these dresses must wear then look nice, lay them on the bed look like shit.
The laces are very pretty.
i especially liked the blue one. cos the whole back is lace reaching the waist. very pretty!
the black halter dress is more for the dinner. cos it's made of satin =)
haha! wear tomolo. hopefully i will look good
