granny was sent to hospital yesterday because she was so weak she could neither walk nor eat and she kept drifting into sleep.
we were all dead worried till doctor gave her the drip and she became better. It must be the infection of her legs that was causing it. Just came back from visiting her this morning and i was so glad to see her back to her usual self, feeling so much better and talking to us, though eating the BLAND hospital food was plain torture for her.
the nurse had to coax her into finishing her food, "ahma, u wan to go home? wan to go home must finish the food first" keke..
=) hope granny will have a speedy recovery so that she can be discharged asap =)

OK, back to Bintan trip =)
baby and i always planned our getaways at the very last minute.
it's like...
"when are we going to the bintan beach again?"
"Okay lor! lets go book now!"
and off we were to bintan the next morning, haha.... very happening!! i like!

we went back to the same travel agency and booked the same Bintan Lagoon Resort. we were more for the beach, so decided to pay lesser for a superior room instead, but they were all fully booked, so we had to upgrade to the deluxe room. It had sea-facing view and we were definitely not complaining! wahahhaa...
our ferry was at 910 that morning. supposed to be at the ferry terminal one and a half hour earlier to check in, but we only reached at 845am. hur hur hur...
Just in time for the authorities to 'last-call' for us *damn paiseh*

the bus shuttled us to the resort in 15 minutes' time
all in christmasy mood!!! damn happie!
we had to wait a total of 4 hours before we could check into our room, so we went shopping at the resort's shops. They have 'branded bikinis' for sale, wahaha.. got LV, Gucci, Prada, Burberry... all chiong one! haha.. but they arent very cheap either! costs 40 to 70 bucks for a set. wear the LV bikini and u will look like a million dollars, haha!
baby helped chose a blue burberry's one and a lovely sundress. =) i bought a bottle of medicated oil for him, cos he was still feeling nausea from the ferry ride, keke...

went over to the swimming pool for an early lunch while waiting for the rooms to be ready.

SLURP!! we were brilliant to have bought 5 cans of Heineken beer for SGD 2 each before that, teeheehee
cos they were selling one for 6.50 at the resort.

i got this 'fetish' of boiling and collecting potable water for drinking whenever im in a hotel, haaa..
so people who share a room with me never get to go thirsty at all, teeheehee
dumped our stuff, locked the valuables in the safe, changed and we headed to the beach again!!!!

the seawater made us really itchy so we went over to the swimming pool for a swim and some drinks.

we woke at 7am the next morning. The breakfast was one big motivation to wake early for, haha.
Bathed and headed down to the cafeteria for the breakfast buffet!

went back to the room to sleep after breakfast! Checking out time was 12pm and our ferry ride back to singapore was only at 530pm. Decided that we shouldnt waste the aircon, tv and bed cos once we check out, we'll be out in the sun and the beach until late afternoon.

both of us knocked out till almost 1pm! Hurriedly, we took our bags and checked out at the lobby.

we thanked God for the fine weather!!! though not very sunny, but still, we're glad it didnt rain!
